Reserve 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2019 Reserve is truly one-of-a-kind. Predominately made with grapes harvested from our prestigious vineyard sites: Alluvium in western Saint Helena and Ceniza in southeast Napa Valley in the Coombsville district.
The wine is dense and concentrated with an explosive bouquet of pure Cassis, licorice, and blackberry fruit. Secondary notes of graphite, toasted spices, and traces of toasted French oak. Rich, full-bodied, and sophisticated yet powerful. The blend is 97% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Petit Verdot, aged in 75% new oak. Layers of dark fruit, opulent with perfect balance between tannins and acid. This vintage is already approachable with beautiful round texture, hints of sweetness and a lingering finish.
It will open-up nicely with decanting if you are looking to drink now and will age finely for 25+ years.

Reserve 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon

A harmonious blend from our three single vineyard properties within the Napa Valley. A classic nose of creme de cassis, graphite, licorice, and espresso infusion. The wine is opaque and full-bodied, powerful with depth and texture. Brooding in nature with refined tannins, nuances of sweetness, cherries, ripe plums, and excellent acidity on the palate for a long, lush finish.
The composition is 96% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot. Aged in 80% new French oak barrels for 21 months.
A genuine showcase of a remarkable growing season, creating a wine that is already enjoyable
and will age for 20+ years.
Reserve 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon

Comprised of 94% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Petit Verdot and 2% Cabernet Franc sourced from multiple vineyards that we farm. After 12 months of aging, we chose the best components from each individual vineyard lot, in order to create the perfect blend. Sourced from mainly St. Helena and Coombsville appellations and was aged in 80% new French oak barrels for 20 months, with an additional eight months in bottle prior to the release.
Full-bodied wine with a dark fruit profile and well-structured tannins. The nose is super expressive with notes of black currant, dark plum and creme de cassis. The wine opens up nicely and leaves you with strong but round tannins and great acidity. On the palate, you'll find hints of sweetness, dark cherry, blackberry and blueberry balanced out by notes of vanilla and dark chocolate.
2017 is a unique vintage for Napa Valley, showing ripe tannins, great acidity and freshness, the combination of which should create wines with a very long aging potential.

Napa Nalley
Dark and powerful with excellent structure, the wine has a vibrant texture and layers of well-integrated tannins.
Amongst the layers of dark cherry and plum, there lies a hint of dark chocolate and a long, lingering finish.
The wine is drinking well young but is built to age for years to come.
